February 12, 2025 - Palacio Collaborative is pleased to announce the promotion of Cost Management veteran Kaye A. Smith to Vice President, where she will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm.
Highly regarded in the Design and Construction industry throughout the Southeast, Kaye brought more than three decades of experience to Palacio when she joined the firm in 2019. She has broad estimating experience in multiple markets including K-12, Healthcare, Higher Education, Municipalities, Commercial, Museums, and Aviation.
Kaye has been serving in a dual role as a Senior Cost Manager while co-directing the firm’s work in the Carolinas’ with Marvin M. Coker. Regardless of project size and complexity, Kaye has expertly collaborated with clients to ensure design integrity while maximizing budgets. She has also been an exceptional mentor to Palacio staff in the earlier stages of their Cost Management careers, providing valuable guidance, support, and insight as they navigate the industry.
