We recently opened the new Greenville, South Carolina office to accommodate the rapid growth and need in the Carolinas’.
“The decision to expand our presence into the Carolina’s was a logical step in our business growth strategy after seeing a recent demand increase for cost management services,” says Michael D. Palacio, President and Chief Cost Manager. “We also brought on Kaye Smith to co-lead the Carolinas’ market with Tony Murphy.”
Kaye has been providing cost management services for over 30 years in the design and construction industry. She holds certifications in MCACES and On-Screen software technologies.
Her experience in providing timely and accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from $100,000 to over $100 Million in the Carolina’s is an asset to
the firm.
