2024 Growth Launches Palacio into the New Year

Palacio Collaborative ended 2024 with a significantly expanded team and project portfolio, further solidifying our position as a leading construction cost management firm. As we move further into 2025, we’re doubling down on our belief that early collaboration on construction costs is key (it’s part of our name for a reason!), and our unrivaled experience will translate into accurate, technology-driven cost management solutions for your projects.

New Heights in 2024

Palacio experienced exponential growth in 2024, increasing our staff by more than 30 percent and providing cost estimation for a record 21 million square feet of project space. 

Working closely with our clients, we delivered comprehensive cost management services for projects that showcase our ability to handle complex, large-scale developments across multiple markets and states.  

We welcomed 11 new team members, greatly expanding our estimation and operations capabilities. Our continued investment in innovative technology and training, as well as our proprietary cost modeling tool Genesys®, supports our ability to efficiently deliver accurate cost estimates.

With our 85% increase in project volume since 2020, Palacio completed 350 cost estimates in 2024 and will continue to diversify our expansive portfolio with projects across the U.S. This cost management project volume is unique and yields a team that is continually receiving feedback from general contractors and subcontractors to identify trends in real time.
