We are a minority-owned full-service construction cost estimating firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana. Strategically located, we provide quality estimating nationwide in a variety of markets. Our primary services include conceptual cost modeling, budget verification, cost management, and value management.

Our team of experienced professionals have over 150 years of combined cost estimating experience in a variety of market sectors nationwide with projects ranging from thousands of dollars to over $150 Million. Our staff includes Certified Professional Estimators, a Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional.

December 2006: Palacio Collaborative was founded by Michael D. Palacio.

February 2008: The Atlanta Headquarters opens and the Maryland office opens in Bowie.

September 2016: The Louisiana office opens in New Orleans.
